Job Title: Security Officer

Position Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in security services, ideally in a hospitality or entertainment venue, and will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patrons and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and adherence to club policies.
• Handle crowd control and maintain order both inside and outside of the club.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to incidents and emergencies.
• Liaise with local law enforcement as necessary.
• Assist guests and staff with safety-related inquiries.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and observations during shifts.

Qualifications:

• Previous security experience, especially in a nightclub, event security, or similar setting.
• Strong ability to remain alert and maintain a high level of concentration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Robust presence with effective conflict management capabilities.
• Valid security training certification and a security license as required by California law.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:

• Starting at $17 per hour, with potential increases based on experience and performance.
