**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE & ACCOUNT MANAGER ASSISTANT**

Full-time employment | Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

Location: Los Angeles, CA ( Monrovia **)**

Wage: $23.00 to $25.00 Hourly (DOE) with Bonus Potential

**Responsibilities:**

* Establish working relationships and participate and contribute within a team environment

* Must be well spoken and present a professional phone presence at all times.

* Must project a positive attitude at all times.

* Answer prospects' questions on the telephone.

* Handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

* Maintain log of all incoming calls.

* Telephone contact with customers, to follow up on customer surveys, service calls, and complaints

* Create and maintain all customer files as required.

* Coordinate and document all communication affecting customers, employees, ISR's or suppliers.

* Create and maintain the weekly route schedule and communicate any changes to the schedule to the appropriate service technician as required.

* Provide assistance to service managers calling for the advice, additional help, directions, and so on.

* Prepare and complete the service schedules in time for teams to pick them up.

* Attend and participate in all staff meetings

* Create FedEx labels and ship parts

* Set up customer accounts

* Input customer orders

* Timely processing of POs from customers

* Follow up with customers on outstanding POs

* Follow up on customer service issues for our retailers on both MLILY and private label products

**Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or GED required

* Microsoft Excel required

* Strong written and communication skills

* Strong computer skills

* Strong attention to detail is a must

* Ability to think analytically

**Requirements**

* Strong English communication skills

* 3 plus years of customer service experience

* Time management skills and the ability to multi-task

* Team player and willingness to help others

* Follow attendance policy based on hours and schedule agreed to during hiring
