Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the marketing department’s initiatives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations with a blend of administrative tasks, basic marketing functions and support, and social media management.
Education/Experience: A minimum of the following education/experience is preferred:
- Associate Degree and 1 year experience in marketing, OR
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in marketing
Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Coordinates campaigns by orchestrating timelines and resources for promotional initiatives.
- Coordinates and schedules marketing events.
- Collaborates with team members across all departments.
- Ensures each event aligns with the company’s brand image and marketing goals.
- Pays attention to details with a strong grasp of grammar and style.
- Assists in the development and distribution of marketing materials.
- Handles administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns, including invoice processing, budget tracking, and vendor and sponsorship communications.
- Updates and maintains the marketing department’s documentation and databases, including contact lists and project timelines.
- Facilitates internal communication within the marketing team by organizing meetings and preparing agendas.
- Assists in the development and implementation of social media strategies.
- Monitors social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement analytics.
- Assists in creating and editing videos, films events, live streams, and reels.
- Captures moments via photography, video, or live streaming.
- Engages with customers.
- Analyzes data.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Technical Knowledge:
- Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, and Outlook
- Social Media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Snap Chat and TikTok
- Basic working knowledge of photo and video editing
