Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and curriculum development
- Provide support in literacy education and early childhood development
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Work closely with children and provide individualized support as needed
- Assist with toddler care, including diapering, feeding, and ensuring a safe environment
- Collaborate with the lead and associate teacher to create engaging and interactive learning activities
Qualifications:
- A passion for educating and working with young children
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Experience in classroom management and behavior management techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children with special needs
