Requirements: 

- Graduate from accredited Occupational Therapy program

- Current Indiana State License

- Previous pediatric experience preferred

Job Duties Include:

- Evaluation and treatment of clients age birth to 18

- Creating home exercise plans and completing caregiver education

- Documentation of skilled services
