Essential Functions :

• Greet and escort direct customers through the material yard for viewings.
• Print jobs as they are issued by the direct customer and / or commercial clients
• Enter jobs into scheduling database
• Create and verify quotes
• Notify customer / client of quoting, lot option discrepancies, and errors
• Revise jobs as needed as lot option changes are issued
• Monitor Material Selections and notify the correct people and management as needed
• Collect and attach hold tickets in scheduling database
• Reschedule jobs when notify by customer / client
• Notify customer / client of problems before and after template and install
• Request trip fees for items not complete / ready in requested work dates
• Create quotes for rebuilds and billable services and request and collect VPOs from builder before scheduling
• Confirm and communicate scheduled dates for service and warranty dates
• Collect VPOs for rebuilds and service items
• Complete activities, note and reschedule dates daily
