ResponsibilitiesClient Assistance: Provide personalized support to clients, addressing their insurance-related questions and concerns.
Policy Management: Process policy changes, renewals, and updates accurately and in a timely manner.
Claim Support: Assist clients with the claims process, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of their claims.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and service requests.

RequirementsLicensing: Active Alabama Property & Casualty License required
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance-related role preferred
