As the Manager, Business Intelligence at Buffalo Niagara Partnership, you will provide support for the organization's CRM system, ensuring its smooth operation through maintenance, troubleshooting, and training. Additionally, you will analyze various metrics to support strategic decisions, manage datasets tracking BNP program deployment, and deliver clear data insights aligning with the partnerships objectives.

Reporting to our VP, Sales and Marketing, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Providing comprehensive support for the organization's CRM system, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and on boarding new staff with CRM orientation and training of all staff.

Overseeing the process for ensuring data integrity in the CRM, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.

Compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing data from various sources (SEO metrics, email marketing metrics, etc.) to inform strategic decisions.

Creating and managing datasets that track the deployment of BNP programs, providing comprehensive wrap-up reports on sales and marketing efforts.

Assisting with research and providing support for current and prospective BNP members.

Delivering data insights that align with BNP's values and strategic objectives.

Communicating complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.

You are someone who has:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing or a related field, preferred.

Proven advanced Excel knowledge, with the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations.

Demonstrated familiarity in working with CRM systems. BNP will provide in-depth training to the Business Intelligence manager.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present data findings effectively.

Demonstrated passion for data and the ability to interpret and tell stories through numbers.

High level of curiosity and intelligence, with an interest in economic development and/or experience in marketing.

The compensation range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
