Job Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented and organized Logistics Support Representatives to join our team. As a Logistics Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery and efficient operations. Your role will involve coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and overseeing the logistics process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers

- Utilize MyPNGLC TMS to support and execute efficient Managed Transportation solutions.

- Maintain and document all MyPNGLC TMS processes and business rules.

- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms

- Liaise between customers and providers/vendors/carriers for logistics needs.

- Utilize logistics software to track shipments, inventory, and supply chain activities

- Manage day-to-day activities for multiple accounts, ensuring compliance with special requirements.

- Resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process

- Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes for maximum efficiency

Requirements:

- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

- Proficient in using logistics software and systems

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
