We are a Boutique Certified Public Accounting firm located in Denver, (DTC) Colorado providing tax, consulting, and accounting services to an eclectic group of clients. We are seeking a proactive, outgoing, inquisitive licensed CPA with a minimum of five years of business, tax, and accounting experience. No audit or travel. This is not the typical pigeon-holed position offered by many larger firms. We are client focused with a balanced workload that services to a broad range of clientele in a variety of industries.

Your Key Responsibilities

We are hiring a full-time Tax Manager, preferably with a CPA to join our wonderful team in the Denver Tech Center near the Landmark area. This is an in-office position with flexibility to work remote once trust and client understanding is demonstrated. 

CPA duties include:

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, non-profit, estate and gift federal & state tax returns to include forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S, 1041, etc.
• Reviewing client financial statements
• Preparation of tax planning projections
• Conducting in person client appointments
• Networking for new and potential clients

• Year-end accounting complete with adjustments
• Tax research
• Review and respond to client notices from taxing authorities
• Assist with IRS audits
