Position Overview

FutureShirts eCommerce provides pick-pack fulfillment for its clients. We are seeking well qualified individuals for our Nashville, TN warehouse. This full-time position is typically a Monday - Friday, first shift position. However, some evening or weekend hours may be required during high order periods (typically October-December) The E-Commerce Inventory Coordinator receives inbound shipments, processes outbound shipments, and maintains the inventory with accurate counts and record keeping.

Job Duties

• Responsible for processing onboarding new clients and receiving inbound shipments
• Receive, count, shelf/store, and record inbound shipments 
• Report and communicate discrepancies 
• Responsible for processing offboarding of new clients and preparing outbound shipments 
• Count / picks, box, label, and record outbound shipments for pickup 
• Report and communicate discrepancies 
• Responsible for maintaining inventory 
• Stock items from shipments to reserve (storage) or pick locations and records inventory movements 
• Adds containers into picking zone and records container movements 
• Completes cycle counts (inventory audits) when needed or as directed by warehouse manager 
• Responsible for planning and maintaining a safe, efficient, and logical warehouse 
• Responsible for safely and efficiently making deliveries and pickups of goods using box trucks or cargo vans 
• Responsible for the safe use of pallet jacks, stackers, and forktrucks 
• Accountable for accurate counts and recording when leading other team members assisting your tasks. 
• Other duties as assigned 

Requirements

Requirements/ Qualifiers

• Must have a valid driver’s license 
• Due to insurance requirements, must be 25 years or older 
• Must have a favorable Motor Vehicle Record 
• Must have experience operating a Cargo Van, 15’ Box Truck, and 26’ Box Truck with air brakes and liftgate (similar) 
• Able to stand / move for long periods of time (7 hours per day) 
• Able to move objects up to 50lbs. 
• Able to push/pull a heavy cart 
• Able to ascend/descend ladders up to 15 feet often. 
• Able to recognize numeric identifiers at close range (a few feet from observer) 
• Able to utilize bar code scanner 
• Able to assemble and disassemble bins and boxes
• Able to rapidly and accurately count items. 
• Able to accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide by hand and with the aid of a calculator 
• Able to accurately transcribe counts to paper and electronic records 
• Able to utilize minimally complex computer software 
• Able to plan the placement of items from a box into picking locations on a shelf 
• Able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
