Counseling Manager – Bilingual Spanish
Overview:
JBWS in Morris County is seeking a dynamic, committed full-time Manager to work in our domestic violence Child, Adolescent and Adult Counseling Services Program. This position oversees programming in partnership with the Director, providing supervision and ensuring that staff, interns, and volunteers provide and demonstrate best practices in trauma-informed services founded in a knowledge of domestic violence. A portion of the position provides direct counseling services to individuals and families within residential programming and to outpatient individuals and families. Our ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge and understanding of the experiences of marginalized communities, working collaboratively and flexibly to meet the needs of those served.
Schedule Requirements:
Full time 35 hours per week Monday-Friday, at least 3 evenings per week. Family events are held several times per year, evenings and weekends.
