Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Parts Counter Level 3 to fill parts orders, perpetual inventory, provide parts advice to guests/techs, and diagnose any additional guest needs via prospecting and follow-ups. The expectations of our counter personnel are to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous to all guests, co-workers, and management team. The role is dynamic in the sense that tasks will change so adaptability is key.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Fill parts orders.
• Perpetual inventory.
• Provide parts advice to guests/techs.
• Diagnose any additional guest needs via prospecting and follow-ups.
• Sell parts, attachments, and accessories.
• Promote and sell products.
• Maintain inventory records and stock shelves.
• Provide parts cost estimates and status updates on shipments.
• Notify advisors and technicians when parts are received.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must have experience working with car parts.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Physical Demands:

Physical demands include, but are not limited to:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Repetitive body movement such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast-paced walking, and light jogging when necessary.
• Lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds without assistance at various times.
• Exposure to weather, where extreme temperature ranges may be encountered.
