Position Overview: 

We are looking for an analytical, curious, and motivated Business Analyst to join the Product Marketing team. This role will support product and website reporting of a group of growing brands, including AlliedShirts.com and BuildASign.com. The candidate will play a key role in supporting and executing the day-to-day needs of the business, and work closely with the product marketing team to identify, measure, and project trends of product sales and user experience. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and analytical skills and enjoys finding the “why” in business trends and strategic business decisions. This position offers room for advancement and the opportunity to contribute significantly to the business's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own reporting of website domains and product lines, measuring core KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, average order value, website funnels, pricing and promotion.
  • Measure success of new product or feature launches and recommend strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Draw conclusions from data, identify areas to test, and measure profitability.
  • Analyze, and project, future sales of product lines, working closely with production and partners for capacity planning.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Looker) to extract actionable insights and drive decision-making.
  • Analyze effects of product mix, volumes, pricing, and other factors that impact profitability.
  • Support optimization of filters, attribution, site navigation and cross-selling to drive conversion and sales.
  • Proactively identify issues or areas of improvement and bring solutions to management.
  • Complete special projects as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Hybrid work/in-office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in data analysis, or analyst function, including finance or accounting.
  • Proficient in Excel with aptitude to learn more.
  • Proven ability to take ownership and initiative.
  • Experience or familiarity with Google Analytics or related technologies a plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with Looker or similar business intelligence tools a plus.
  • Must reside in Texas.
