Job Description
- Find and cultivate new business relationships with prospects through networking, cold calling and other means of prospecting as necessary.
- Work with account management team to research, place and service insurance programs for clients.
- Maintain superior customer service with new and existing clients.
- Identify risks and provide solutions to address those risks for new business prospects.
- Must be self-motivated and driven to seek out new prospects.
- Must possess exceptional attention to detail.
- Must enjoy networking and meeting new people.
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized.
- Accountability and reliability are keys to success in this role.
