Job Description

A Parts Associate is responsible for selling, receiving, and distributing Parts to customers as well as the Service Department. The Parts Associate has direct interaction with the customer at the counter and on the phone, for all their parts needs. A Parts Associate performs inventory management tasks in addition to the parts selling responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
• Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Priority and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations
• Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
• Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager
• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools and equipment
• Assist in loading parts for customers
• Receive and unload truck shipments of parts

Qualifications

• High School or better
• Ability to use CNH Parts Catalog application
• Basic Parts and Machinery knowledge
• Basic computer skills (data entry/keyboarding, Office, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to operate a forklift and/or skid loader
