- Receive and satisfy incoming calls promptly
- Full working knowledge of daily processes, understanding system to access information to accurately move through sales process.
- Invoicing, crediting, securing special requests (buy-outs), outbound calls, quote follow up, establishing relationships.
- Participate in promotions, programs, training, and campaigns.
- Familiar with warehouse management system and devices for scanning and binning.
- Shipping, receiving, shelving, and retrieving parts to satisfy orders is also expected when necessary.
