Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Strip and Wax Floors Specialist. The role involves maintaining and enhancing the appearance of floors through stripping, waxing, and buffing procedures in various commercial settings.

Duties:
- Strip old wax layers from floors using appropriate equipment and chemicals
- Apply new wax coats to ensure a clean and shiny surface
- Perform buffing and polishing to maintain floor appearance
- Conduct carpet cleaning as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all floor care procedures

Qualifications:
- Experience in floor care, including strip and wax processes
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices
- Proficiency in buffing techniques
- Familiarity with custodial duties in environmental services
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
