ProcessUnity is seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager of Web and SEO (title depending on experience) to play a key role in shaping our online presence and strategy. This position will be responsible for managing and optimizing our website to improve search engine visibility, user experience, conversions, and overall performance. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in SEO, web analytics, and project management to elevate our digital presence. This role will report to the Director of Demand Generation.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with website design agencies: Partner with external website design agencies to ensure seamless integration of design elements and functionality. Oversee the design process, provide strategic input, and ensure the final product aligns with ProcessUnity's branding and business objectives.
• A/B testing and conversion optimization: Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different website elements and strategies. Analyze test results to identify the most impactful changes and implement data-driven improvements to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates.
• In-house SEO expertise: Act as an in-house SEO specialist, offering valuable insights and guidance to the content and web teams. Stay on top of algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt SEO strategies proactively.
• Keyword research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to uncover opportunities for optimizing website content and increasing organic traffic.
• SEO optimization: Oversee all marketing SEO optimization requests and implement on-page SEO best practices. Collaborate with external agencies to ensure the website's technical structure is search engine optimized.
• Comprehensive Reporting and Analysis: Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to monitor website performance closely. Track keyword rankings, traffic metrics, and user engagement and identify areas for enhancement and optimization. Collect, analyze, and report on web analytics, SEO performance, and user engagement metrics. Prepare detailed reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Present findings to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of SEO and website optimization efforts on key business outcomes.
• Website personalization: Implement advanced website personalization strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to customize website content, layout, and functionality based on individual user behaviors, preferences, and demographics.
• Continuous learning: Stay current on the latest web design trends and technologies related to WordPress. Apply new knowledge to enhance website performance and ensure ProcessUnity remains at the forefront of digital innovation. 

• 5 years hands-on experience in managing and optimizing websites
• Track record of driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings
• Strong attention to detail with outstanding problem-solving skills
• Exemplary time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Proven expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO techniques, combined with a focus on improving user experience to increase engagement and conversion rates 
• Demonstrated experience with web design and UX 
• Highly skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experienced with various CMS platforms, including WordPress 
• Proficient in using a range of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz)
• Comprehensive understanding of SEO best practices, including algorithm updates, link-building strategies, and content optimization techniques to ensure sustained search engine performance
• Experienced in conducting A/B and multivariate testing to optimize conversion rates and enhance user satisfaction
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 
• Bachelor’s degree in web design, web development, or related a plus 

Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
