About the role: Vivvi is seeking a motivated and meticulous Billing Analyst to join as an intern or temporary hire to assist the VP of Finance with our Care Cash product fulfillment and student billing processes. This is a part-time position aimed at 20-25 hours per week for the months of June, July, and August. This role is ideal for a college student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, who is looking for a part-time summer opportunity to gain practical experience at a mission-driven, high-growth company.
Responsibilities
As a Billing Analyst, you will...

• Accurately enter data from Salesforce into the bank and subsequently into bill.com.
• Manage student billing with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform routine data entry tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all billing processes are completed efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost care.

Qualifications
You are set up for success in the Billing Analyst role if you have...

• A degree (completed or in progress) or experience related to Finance, Accounting, or the equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
• A basic understanding of financial principles and billing processes
• Proficiency in using software tools such as Salesforce and bill.com is a plus but not required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
