Lanoha Real Estate is Hiring a Commercial Maintenance Technician Near Omaha, NE
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance, including but not limited to minor electrical, minor plumbing, general carpentry and grounds.
- Communicate with the Property Management team related to work orders and other ongoing projects.
- Use trouble-shooting skills to determine cause of issue and necessary repair(s).
- Interface with Property Ownership, Tenants and Contractors on a daily basis.
- Exhibit professionalism and good customer service in client and public settings.
- Participate in on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends.
- Previous experience in commercial maintenance; electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to use smart phones and/or tablets proficiently
- Comfortable with driving to multiple locations throughout the day
- Flexible availability that can include overtime, evenings, weekends, on-call rotation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Stand, walk, sit, kneel, and walk up/down stairs on a regular basis; climb up and down ladders
- Bend and stretch, lift and move heavy objects (50-60 lbs) many times across a shift
- Ability to work outdoors in various temperatures (summer/winter)
