Team up with a small family owned business with huge growth opportunity. · Flexible Work schedule· Work / Family balance· East valley based – no long daily commute!The job description is as follows:Answer company phoneAssess questions or requests; handle situation or delegate to proper personClient and caregiver schedulingFinding and recruiting reliable and compassionate caregiversPerform routine visits to clients and caregivers in the home and insure care plan is being followedAssess caregiver performance and make recommendationsCommunicate with social workers, discharge planners, and client's family regarding schedule and care details and case challengesInput data into client management softwareAssign caregivers and start cases with client, caregiver, and family and help establish care planAnswer company emergency line during off business hours handle emergency situations that arise. 5- 10 days per month depending on case loadWillingness to be trained to handle client care if replacement cannot be foundQualifications-Ideal individual with have a background in sales and administrative assistance with strong attention to detail.-Great Communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients and creating solutions to problems-Self starter able to work independently-Computer skills, must be comfortable with technology- Possess your own computer and have access to reliable high speed internet service- ***Must live in the East valleyAdditional InformationSince 1984, the founders of Preferred Care at Home have had the privilege of assisting our clients to improve the quality of life while safeguarding their dignity and independence.
