Responsibilities include:

• Calendaring
• Document preparation and review
• Filing in various state and federal courts
• Court and client communication
• Westlaw research
• Matter tracking and reminders
• Proactive case file management
• Follow-up on outstanding requests
• Trial and hearing preparation
• Noticing depositions
• Calendaring deadlines
