Job Summary:
We are seeking a Museum Monitor to work from June (date TBD) - September 30, 2024. You will be working at the Museum of the Plains Indian in Browning, MT. Your duties will consist of, but not be limited to:

• Conduct walkthroughs of the museum galleries and exhibition spaces to ensure there are no issues
• Assist the maintenance worker each morning with the cleaning of the gallery exhibition cases, sweeping of the floors of the museum public areas, taking out the office trash and other light housekeeping duties
• Maintain a safe and orderly environment
• Document incidents or issues that arise during monitoring

Skills:

• Security background (previous experience as a security guard would be helpful)
• Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations

Job Types: Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Every weekend
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
