Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion - Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule - Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns - Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure financial targets are met - Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment - Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders - Communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Experience: - Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera, or Bluebeam - Proficiency in using Civil 3D for design and drafting purposes - Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as HeavyBid or Microsoft Project - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Effective communication and leadership skills We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience level.
