Front-Desk Ambassador Requirements:

1. Checking patients in managing a multiple provider schedule

2. Verifying insurance benefits collecting copays

3. Answering a heavy call volume

4. Insurance correspondence processing records/referrals

5. Co-creating a welcoming inclusive space for our community

There are other administrative duties our front desk ambassadors are responsible for that help the clinic flow productively.

Being quick on the pivot, enthusiastic, & self-motivated is huge!

Qualifications:

· Ideally possess clinical-setting skills and knowledge related to functional, natural, & regenerative medicine.

· Experience coordinating patient care

· Scheduling experience, data entry, and a general knowledge of insurance verification

· Must possess excellent communication skills & attentive listening skills -- specifically related to communication with referring physicians, patients, and other team members.

· Must be able to work with limited supervision & comfortable prioritizing various administrative tasks throughout the day

· Must be able to type 50wpm with confidence in Microsoft Suit & Google Drive

This part-time position is 28 hours per week to start with shifts on Monday through Friday.

Prior experience with billing is a bonus with lots of opportunity for growth!
