**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Shop Manager Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of a composite manufacturing shop, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
**Duties:**
- Support shop management in daily tasks
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in composite manufacturing is preferred but manily looking for someone with supervisory / management experience
