What You'll Do
- Support the Product Owner in the overall management of a top free-to-play mobile puzzle game.
- Help build and manage the game’s roadmap and Live Ops calendar.
- Monitor game health metrics, using a mix of data and player feedback, to measure success and inform our priorities.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our game content, features, economy, and production pipeline.
- Create and organize high-quality documentation to support ongoing Live Ops
- Analyze data and support ongoing business reporting process.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to identify product opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Participate in the feature design and tuning process to ensure the proper balance between an engaging player experience and achievement of our performance goals.
- BA/BS in a related field; or equivalent work experience
- 2 years’ experience as a product manager, producer, or analyst (games experience preferred)
- Strong math skills and analytical mindset
- Proficient in Excel (SQL knowledge a plus)
- Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Must be able to clearly communicate results and conclusions to team members across various disciplines and levels of management.
- Experience running live-ops and engagement events in games.
- An advocate for strategy based on research, data, and industry trends, while being comfortable taking calculated risk
- Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks.
- Understands the competitive landscape in terms of product quality and feature parity.
- Positive and collaborative, open to change, with ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Excellent at problem solving ability.
