Job Description The Project Coordinator works collaboratively with current Project Mangers, as well as customers and vendors, to contribute to project management execution and success. This opportunity requires an individual to be an organized, solutions-oriented problem solver, while also being an effective communicator who can develop customer relationships. This person will use skills acquired through the construction industry (or similar industry). Doors, frames, and hardware (DFH) industry experience is preferred, but not required. This individual is expected to exhibit the core values of the company - to be accountable, relationship driven, solutions focused, and striving for excellence. Mission The mission for this role is to assist Project Managers accurately and efficiently, driving customer satisfaction and project margins. Outcomes

Maintain three (3) months out on project orders based on customer request
Zero project over billings - create S.O.V. and maintain project workbook and backlog report

Position Reports To Director of Project Management Responsibilities
Collaboration with Project Managers on project-specific tasks
Collaboration with Detailer initially for review of project scope
Create and communicate project-specific Schedule of Values for customer invoicing purposes
Create and submit project-specific rough opening dimensions
Create, maintain, and communicate project-specific product delivery matrix
Review Estimators take-offs compared to updated prints for accuracy
Create project specific material orders/production spreadsheets aligned with project phasing and our delivery matrix
Create, maintain, and communicate installation scope (if applicable) to the CMF Installation Mgr.
Creating and implementing door hardware keying schedules
Write detailed RFI's (Request for Information) outlining any issues or verifications required
Review post bid addendums, proposal requests, RFI's, ASI's, etc.
Documenting all aspects of any given project through contracts, change orders, sales orders, purchase orders, order acknowledgements, submittals, emails and/or other forms of correspondence
Working with suppliers and vendors for product information, lead-times, and shipping details
Direct communication with customers via phone, email, or jobsite visits
Education/Experience Preferences 1. Four-Year degree in Construction Management or related field OR 2. Combination of two-year certification in Construction Management (or related field) and "real-world experience."
a. Three or more years in commercial construction field leadership with emphasis on doors, frames, and hardware

b. Two or more years in project management within construction/building materials
OR 3. Four or more years of commercial construction field leadership with emphasis on doors, frames, and hardware OR 4. Two or more years in project management/project coordination within doors, frames, and hardware or related industry.
