Job Summary :
As a Sales Recruiter at Heartland, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our expanding needs.
This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruiting sales professionals, emphasizing our unique culture and the opportunity to be part of a growing industry leader.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with sales managers to understand specific needs and craft detailed job descriptions.
- Source candidates using a variety of methods, including networking, social media, and specialized job boards.
- Conduct initial screening interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage the interview process.
