Job Summary:
The primary function of this position is to assist the credit union in achieving its vision to become the preferred financial service provider for all members. This is achieved by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members to meet Envision Credit Union’s service promises. A key component of this service is to identify member needs and recommend appropriate credit union solutions. Safeguard member information and the credit union’s vital records in a manner commensurate with the sensitivity of the information and in compliance with laws, regulations and the credit union’s information security policies, standards and procedures.
The Deposit Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in the efficient and accurate management of various deposit-related tasks within the organization. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of deposit operations processes. As a specialist in deposit operations, this individual will handle a diverse range of responsibilities including processing mobile deposits, manual payroll, check processing, resolving disputes, managing payroll deductions, and facilitating automatic transfers. The Deposit Operations Specialist ensures that all duties are executed smoothly and accurately, in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Our robust involvement includes local Teacher of the Year programs, school/organization sponsorship and donations, classroom mini-grants, supporting retired educator groups, an annual academic planner, Envisions School Involvement Program, Envision's Swipe For Schools Program, and the overall the support of the Leon County School District. Envision is also the title sponsor for the Best and Brightest Awards program. Through this program, Envision was able to provide more than 1,200 students with $413,000 in scholarships. Envision most recently provided $175,000 in June of 2012 to sustain the program through 2017.
