Allegra Nursing and Rehab -

Allegra Nursing and Rehab is seeking a part-time Receptionist to direct visitors, phone calls and perform clerical support.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

Maintain Confidentiality of all pertinent community members care information to assure community members rights are protected.

Assure community members safety.

Greet and give directions / information to visitors, guests, community members, sales representatives, etc.

Maintain a current file of residents by name and room number, emergency phone numbers of on-call personnel, department extensions, key personnel, etc.

Present a positive image of the facility to all customers, such as job applicants, families, and the community.

Maintain the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and to remain calm during emergency situations.

Other duties as assigned.

Our candidates will possess the ability to effectively communicate with patients and other staff.

Educational requirements :

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• At least six (6) months of experience in a receptionist or secretarial position OR successfully completed a secretarial science program from an accredited school / college.
