As a Treatment Specialist, you will participate in active treatment and skill development for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to help them achieve their greatest potential. Schedule: Full-time (35 hours per week): Tuesday – Saturday OR Sunday – Thursday OR varied days including alternating weekends What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field with at least one year of directly related experience OR
5 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
Valid driver's license
Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office

What You’ll Do As a Treatment Specialist (Responsibilities):
Remain current on OPWDD and ICF regulatory changes and updates
Demonstrate an understanding of active treatment and skill development needs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Implement and monitor developmental goals
Provide hands on support with the residents to ensure knowledge of the overall functioning and achievement
Provide training, guidance, mentoring and role modeling to the Direct Support staff,
Respond to crisis as needed
Attend all interdisciplinary team meetings and provide general feedback to the team
Maintain data tracking for submission to the QIDP, BIS, and other disciplines as assigned
Visit the schools and day programs monthly
Maintain SCIP-R certification and assist in situations as warranted
Pay: $19.06 - $27.30 / hour, based on experience Submit your resume for immediate consideration!
