ResponsibilitiesClient Management: Oversee a portfolio of commercial accounts, addressing inquiries, handling policy changes, and providing proactive support.
Policy Review: Evaluate existing policies to recommend coverage enhancements or adjustments based on client's evolving needs.
Risk Analysis: Conduct risk assessments, identify coverage gaps, and propose comprehensive insurance solutions.
Claims Assistance: Facilitate claims processing and assist clients in navigating the claims resolution process.
Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and promoting loyalty to Keats Insurance Agencies.
RequirementsExperience: Must have active New York Property and Casualty License and extensive experience working with commercial insurance.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of commercial insurance products, policies, and procedures.
