Join our passionate and dynamic team at Brother Chimp Brewing in North Aurora, IL as a Part-Time Craft Beer Production Assistant! We're seeking a motivated and reliable individual to contribute to the production of our high-quality craft beers. This role will involve various tasks related to beer packaging, delivery, equipment sanitizing, and general brewery housekeeping. This part-time opportunity has the potential to evolve into a full-time role, including bartending duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
As a Craft Beer Production Assistant, your role will encompass a range of important responsibilities, including:
Beer Packaging: Assist in the packaging process, which may involve canning and kegging our delicious craft beers. Ensure that packaging is completed accurately and efficiently.
Beer Delivery: Safely transport finished products to our distribution partners and retail locations. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service during deliveries.
Equipment Sanitizing: Thoroughly clean and sanitize brewing and packaging equipment, ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest hygiene standards to guarantee the quality and safety of our products.
General Brewery Housekeeping: Contribute to a clean and organized work environment by performing general brewery cleaning and maintenance tasks. This includes keeping the brewing area, packaging area, and other workspaces tidy and organized.
Assist in Bartending: As the role progresses, there may be opportunities to assist with bartending duties during special events, tastings, and busy periods. Provide excellent customer service to patrons, promoting a positive and enjoyable brewery experience.
