As a Dentist at AZ Family Dental, you’ll be responsible for working hand-and-hand with your team - admin teammates, dental assistants, and hygienists for ongoing care and preventative oral health of patients. Job Responsibilities:

  • Fixing or removing damaged teeth
  • Performing exams and evaluating x-rays to determine patient options
  • Developing treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues
  • Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain and improve patient health
  • Interacting with patients and instruct them on proper oral care
  • Measuring and fitting dental appliances
  • Referring patients to a specialist if necessary
  • Procedures:
  • Removable Prosthodontics
  • Endodontic Therapy (Including Molar)
  • Crowns and Bridges
  • Clear Aligner Therapy
  • Filling cavities
  • Cosmetic Dentistry
  • Night Guards

Requirements:

  • Graduated from accreted Dental Institution with DDS or DMD
  • Licensed to Practice Dentistry in the State of Arizona
  • At least 3 Years Experience Practicing Dentistry
  • CPR & BLS Certification
  • DEA Certification

Preferred Certifications, Experience, & Skills:

  • Dental Implants
  • CEREC Experience
