Sales Assistant

The Dragas Companies, a well-established residential builder and real estate developer in the Hampton Roads area has an opportunity available for a part-time Sales Assistant to work at our new home communities. The candidate must be available to work weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties Include:

· Welcoming prospective buyers to our new home communities

· Registering new prospects and providing tours of our model homes

· Explaining features of our model homes while answering questions from prospective buyers

· Assisting sales team with administrative tasks

· Promptly answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails

· Data entry in our CRM, Lasso operating system to update communications with our prospective buyers

· Assisting buyers with selecting options to complete their home purchase

· Maintain a neat appearance of our model home

· Other duties as assigned

Required Education, Skills and Abilities:

• High School diploma or GED
• Prior customer service experience (1 year or more)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Positive, approachable demeanor
• Good Financial/Credit Standing

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• No nights
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Virginia Beach, VA 23462 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Virginia Beach, VA 23462: Relocate before starting work (Required)
