JOB PURPOSE: To run the day to day operations of an Erbert and Gerbert's Corporate (EGC) restaurant. To ensure that the store is in proper brand health and is set up for continual success. Ability to manage a store budget to ensure proper bottom line margins while having the ability to drive sales to promote future growth.

CORE JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Running day to day operations of restaurant
• Confirm that all EGC systems and procedures are in place and being executed on a daily basis
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Managing daily product levels
• Perform daily prep when necessary depending on staffing and sales volume
• Oversee employees to ensure brand excellence standards are met
• Work directly with the team during the store’s lunch rushes
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness is maintained to brand excellence standards

Staff Management

• Ability to maintain store schedules
• Ability to hire and maintain a fully staffed store
• Focus on employee training and development

Product Management

• Ability to execute weekly inventory counts and analysis
• Ability to accurately order product from multiple vendors
• Ability to manage and coach proper portion control

• 10% profit sharing of store's profits once training period has concluded.
• Retention bonuses of $500 @ 2 months; $500 @ 4 months and $1,000 @ 6 months
