We are looking to hire an excellent cleaner for a building located in Shawnee, OK. The building cleans on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings after 5:30pm and on Sundays (can be done anytime that day). Tuesday and Sunday cleanings take 2 hours and 30 minutes and Wednesday cleanings take 3 hours and 15 minutes.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Experience:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred, but not necessary
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
