• Job Title: SALES ASSOCIATE- (SA)
• SA-Responsibilities:
• Attend daily sales meetings to stay informed about sales strategies and targets.
• Participate in training and development sessions through the “Ignite” portal to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Assist in setting appointments and working onsite at RV parks 1-2 days a week to display RVs and generate leads.
• Represent the company at local shows with RVs onsite, including “manning the unit” and engaging with potential customers.
• SA-Weekly schedule:
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: Work at RV parks, distribute promotions, and ensure accountability with check-in/out times verified by Park Managers.
• Friday and Saturday: Office-based learning of sales processes, procedures, and terminology. Shadow sales consultants, assist with tasks such as taking VIN pictures and assembling folders, fostering hands-on, real world learning in a positive team oriented environment.
• Off days: Wednesday.
• SA-Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take direction and critiques.
• Ability to learn and grow with a team mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional offsite locations.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to different tasks and environments.
