About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in organizational management, software and hardware management, project management, team building/leadership, strategic planning, finance/accounting, budget planning and management, customer service, business process improvement, and documentation and workflows. This role is critical in creating, implementing, and managing processes and procedures to ensure effective business operation and compliance.
As a member of the Infrastructure Team, this position will report to the VP of Infrastructure, the IT Service Delivery Administrator will provide onsite and remote support to our clients who have critical response time requirements for their business technology systems. This individual will work independently and as part of a team to analyze technical issues, address incidents, and work with the project managers on assigned projects.
What You Will Do
Organization Management
Develop and implement processes and procedures to sure effective and compliant business operations within the IT Infrastructure team
Ensure all departmental activities align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Software and Hardware Management
Utilize ServiceNow for tracking, managing, and reporting IT fixed assets.
Implement and maintain processes for IT asset management, including regular audits and reporting.
Project Management
Lead and manage IT projects using project management tools, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Develop project plans with team members, monitor progress and report on outcomes as needed.
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement strategic plans to support IT service delivery and business objectives.
Align IT strategies with organizational goals and continuously improve service delivery.
Finance/Accounting & Budget Planning and Management
Assist where needed with planning and management for IT Infrastructure services.
Ensure financial activities are aligned with organizational policies and goals.
Customer Service
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT service issues.
Implement and monitor customer service workflows to enhance service delivery.
Business Process Improvement
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within the IT department.
Develop and refine Infrastructure business operations workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Documentation and Workflows
Create, maintain, and manage documentation for IT processes and workflows.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Special Projects
Lead special projects such as the annual audit of IT fixed assets and telecom expenses.
Ensure all telecom expenses and contracts are accurately tracked and managed.
Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
About You
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5-8 years of working in IT and delivery IT Services.
Proven experience in IT service delivery, organizational management and project management.
Expertise in ServiceNow for asset management, contract management and IT service delivery.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent strategic planning and financial management abilities.
Demonstrated ability in customer service and business process improvement.
Strong documentation and workflow management skills.
Track record of achieving zero deficiency audits and implementing effective business processes office operations as it relates to IT.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of Change Management processes and procedures.
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain solid working relationships at all levels across the organization and externally.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work with HHC corporate IT to incorporate any applicable standards across technologies.
Good oral and written communications skills.
