Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative and Facilities Concierge has 2 primary areas of responsibility. The primary focus of this position is to provide direct sales support to assigned customers and all personal use orders, coordinates the tracking and effective use of Sales Co-op spend, and other sales support duties as assigned.

The secondary focus of this position is the general maintenance and oversight of our Irvine CA facility and showroom. This position is required to be based out of Irvine CA and will need to physically work in the facility as required for Facility Concierge responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Inside Sales :

  • Provides end to end support of all Personal Use orders, including specification support, quoting, order entry, and full service support of the order through delivery.
  • Provides account base with superior customer service and maintains regular sales call schedule for assigned accounts.
  • Tracks and supports the coordination of sales co-op spend for the House of Rohl US.
  • Develops quotations in cooperation with House of Rohl sales associates based on identified sales strategy and information collected
  • Conducts Pre and Post Sale follow up on quotes (calls customer to ensure projected start date), reviews specifications, understands product needs, establishes job timelines, and makes alternative recommendations) in coordination with sales team and personal use customers.
  • Other sales and support responsibilities such as lead qualification may be assigned as necessary.

Facilities Concierge :

  • Responsible to ensure that our Irvine facility and Showroom are event ready for internal meetings and customer visits at all times.
  • Event Support This position will partner with our Event Manager or Site Human Resources to coordinate logistics for onsite meetings and events.

This includes primary responsibility for set up, take down, ordering meals, and ensuring the Showroom and Break Rooms are stocked, orderly and reflective of our luxury brands.

  • Conducts regular inventory and keeps supplies ordered and stocked for office and kitchen supplies.
  • Other office maintenance and compliance duties as required.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers.

Possess good listening and communication skills, as well as energy, enthusiasm and endurance.

Ability to work flexible hours on the days of office / showroom events (5-10%)

Ability to work overtime as required

Must be flexible to maximize business opportunities as they arise.
