Previous restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient in math, writing, and basic computer skills. At least 18 years of age (where applicable). High school diploma or equivalent required (college a plus). Knowledge of financial management and P&L basics preferred.
Manages shifts to achieve sales and profit goals (including hourly labor and cost of sales). Ensures team meets or exceeds cost of sales actual vs. legitimate target.
