Previous restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient in math, writing, and basic computer skills. At least 18 years of age (where applicable). High school diploma or equivalent required (college a plus). Knowledge of financial management and P&L basics preferred.
