Description
Zumbro Valley Health Center is seeking a Supervisor of CSP. The Supervisor of CSP is responsible for the overall daily supervision of staff in Case Management, Adult Rehabilitation Mental Health Services (ARMHS), and Peer Support services in Olmsted and Fillmore County. The supervisor works collaboratively with community partners to ensure strong working relationships with key stakeholders and be in adherence to CCBHC guidelines.
Responsibilities

Complete employee related duties following agency policies including hiring, training, orienting, supervising, disciplinary action and performance reviews.

Organize and co-facilitate staff meetings.

Coordinate quality assurance review.

Approve Timecards and business-related reimbursement

Attend clinical and administrative meetings as directed.

Ensure that clinical records and information systems for the program are up to date.

Ensure program compliance with Data Privacy

Assist with the implementation of program policies and procedures.

Monitor and enforce productivity standards.

Complete all state and/or county data reporting or outcome management reports.

Work collaboratively with clinical supervisors, Manager and CSP Director. Provide information relevant to program implementation, client care, and project completion.
Qualifications
Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or business administration.
- 3 years' experience in administrative or health services.
- Management/Supervisory experience preferred.

Pay: $66,289 - $81,000 per year. Compensation is based on years of experience.
