The Senior Financial Planning Analyst plays a critical role in driving the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting processes. This position collaborates across departments—including Front of House, Operation, and back of house team—and partners closely with the Head of finance to maintain accuracy and consistency in financial data and reporting.The Analyst will focus on detailed item-level margin analysis, SG&A expense monitoring, KPI tracking, budget-to-actual reporting, and scenario planningZuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style.
