In this position, you’ll oversee real‑time fleet activity, assign and optimize driver routes, and act as a central link between drivers and the operations team.

In this position, you’ll oversee real‑time fleet activity, assign and optimize driver routes, and act as a central link between drivers and the operations team.
What You’ll Do as an Operations & Fleet Dispatcher:
- Coordinate and route drivers according to demand, scheduling, and availability
- Track active trips and quickly address any service or logistical issues
- Relay route updates and operational instructions to drivers
- Keep accurate, up‑to‑date dispatch and routing records
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to maintain quality and efficiency
- Experience in dispatching, routing, logistics, or fleet operations (preferred)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Composure and problem-solving skills in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with dispatch or fleet management software (a plus)
- A valid driver’s license
