As the Vice President of Operations, you will:
- Provide strategic, operational, and organizational leadership across the Austin market
- Maintain full P&L responsibility, consistently delivering strong financial outcomes
- Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams, including both staff and independent contractors
- Oversee fleet readiness, vehicle utilization, maintenance, and overall operational efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, city leaders, and community stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and training standards
- Use operational and financial KPIs to drive optimization, efficiency, and continuous improvement

- 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in transportation, operations, or general management
- Demonstrated success managing full P&L performance
