What You’ll Do As a Dispatcher
- Dispatch and route drivers based on demand and availability
- Monitor active trips and resolve service issues quickly
- Communicate route updates and operational instructions
- Maintain accurate dispatch and routing records
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams
- Dispatching, routing, or fleet coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work calmly in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with dispatch software a plus
