Responsibilities of a Fleet Transportation Driver:

• Safely operate fleet vehicles while following DOT regulations and company policies.
• Transport passengers to scheduled destinations in a safe and timely manner.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle appearance.
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and accessibility needs when necessary.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations teams regarding schedules and service updates.
• Complete trip logs, inspection reports, and required documentation.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Deliver a safe, professional, and customer-focused transportation experience.

Qualifications of a Fleet Transportation Driver:

• Valid CDL required.
• Passenger endorsement preferred.
• Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and meet company driving requirements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, professional, and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience operating buses, shuttles, motorcoaches, or other commercial passenger vehicles preferred.
