Responsibilities of a Driver Dispatcher:
- Assign trips and manage driver schedules to support daily operations.
- Maintain regular communication with drivers regarding trip details, updates, and service changes.
- Monitor transportation activity and address operational challenges as they arise.
- Assist with route modifications, delays, and scheduling adjustments.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, logs, and operational reports.
- Work closely with operations and management teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Provide timely support to drivers and help resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Contribute to a positive, customer-focused transportation experience.
Qualifications of a Driver Dispatcher:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
